These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of https://4thetamil.in (the “Site”), published by Aliveminds Media Pvt Ltd (“4th Estate Tamil”, “we”, “us”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of the Site

You may read, share links to and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• copy, scrape, republish or redistribute our content in bulk, or use automated tools to collect it, without our written permission;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, its servers or any connected systems, or interfere with its operation;
• upload or transmit viruses, malicious code or spam.

2. Our content and intellectual property

All articles, photographs, videos, graphics, logos and other material on the Site, including the 4th Estate Tamil name and logo, are owned by Aliveminds Media Pvt Ltd or used under licence, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may share a headline with a link back to the original article. 3. Accuracy of information

We work hard to report accurately and to correct errors promptly. However, news develops quickly, and the content on the Site is provided for general information only. We do not guarantee that every item is complete, current or free of error, and it should not be treated as professional (legal, medical, financial or other) advice. If you believe something we published is wrong, please tell us at 4thestate@aliveminds.in.

4. Comments and user submissions

If you post comments or send us material (such as news tips, photos or videos), you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringing anyone’s rights. You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to publish, edit and use that material in connection with our news services. We may moderate, edit or remove any comment or submission at our discretion.

5. Advertising and third-party links

The Site displays advertising, including ads served by Google AdSense, and may contain links to or embedded content from third-party websites and services such as YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and X (Twitter).
